What Does SPD Feel Like?

July 8, 2022 by jennifer 4 Comments

So many times people ask what are the signs of SPD. One of The Sensory Spectrum’s community members has made some incredible drawings with some of the signs to answer the question – what does SPD feel like. These drawings doesn’t touch on every sign, as every child experiences sensory challenges (both hyper and hypo) in their own way.

These are cute, but the spelling errors would make reposting them less desirable. Please fix the spelling errors!

    Otherwise, they’re great!

I hear ya — the girl who made these are from Poland and she was kind enough to share them with us all. They aren’t professionally done but I felt I had to share them.

Now why would you do that? Honestly that is what keeps you from reposting then you are just an ass. These are great.

    My daughter Megan is 14
She is very sensory loves being squeezed smelling people and hates loud noises
She wets her hands with slyva and loves rocking for the motion of feeling her body in space
She is very active and very bright and sociable
