Sensory kids can either get overwhelmed or completely hyped up from all of the sensory input of birthday parties.

Whenever we had a birthday party coming down the way, I always had a tinge of anxiety of how it would go.

But birthday parties don’t have to be a scary thing for us… or our kids.
